The Secretary provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Deputy Managing Director – Commercial and Business Operations. This role is essential for ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel, documentation, and cross-functional communication. Specialization: Executive Support, Communication, Scheduling, and Office Administration

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, senior executives, external partners, and clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive information.
  • Support day-to-day administrative processes, including reimbursements and recordkeeping.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks and projects.
  • Assist with personal scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive and business operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70.
  • Possess a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
  • No prior experience required; experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is an asset and will be given special consideration.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to support productivity and workflow efficiency.

Work Location

Location: Bangkok Office at Park Silom, Thailand

Compensation Data

  • Permanent Employee
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00).
  • Starting salary : 25,000.
  • Health and Life Insurance for employee.
  • Flexible Benefits: 12,000 THB per year.
  • Coverage for excess OPD medical expenses for employees and family : 12,000 Baht per year
  • Provident Fund.
  • Additional benefits such as excess medical expenses coverage and various types of financial assistance.
