Position Name:  Managerial Accounting Division Manager

Job Highlight

Serves as a strategic financial partner by delivering insightful management accounting reports, in-depth performance analyses, and precise financial forecasts to support executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include cash flow planning, annual budgeting, Medium Term Plan (MTP) forecasting, and preparation of consolidated financial statements in full compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive management accounting reports and monthly performance analyses to support decision-making by executives and relevant business units.
• Develop accurate cash flow forecasts and present them to senior management and the finance department to support strategic financial planning.
• Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance projections, providing in-depth insights to executives, shareholders, and key business stakeholders.
• Prepare annual performance forecasts for the Medium Term Plan (MTP) and oversee the preparation of the annual budget, including detailed variance analysis.
• Prepare and finalize annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70 in a Bachelor's degree and a GPA of 3.00 in a Master’s degree.
• Exhibit a TOEIC score of 550 or higher
• At least 10 years of experience in management accounting or finance. Supervisory or managerial experience is highly desirable and will be given special consideration.

Critical Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and consolidated financial statement preparation.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems or other accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work well under pressure.

Compensation Data

Permanent Employee
Work Location : Park Silom, Bangkok
Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00).
