Job Highlight

Responsible for managing all sales activities within assigned markets and industries, focusing on customer insights, glove end users, and emerging trends. Proactively identify and explore new opportunities in growing NB Latex markets such as China, India, and Africa.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities and negotiations to achieve sales targets, ensuring compliance with established pricing and sales terms.
  • Create customer profiles for both current and new clients, and coordinate with the marketing department to analyze opportunities for new business.
  • Create and implement monthly sales plans that align with company goals and customer needs, while analyzing market competition. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to coordinate daily production schedules and ensure accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating the business' knowledge of competitors, customers, and glove end users (market/product), as well as emerging trends.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports by evaluating performance, comparing it with the planned targets, and reporting to the company's management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations, timely product delivery, and accurate invoicing. Manage payment collections and proactively resolve any issues related to delivery, service quality, and product usage to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Ready to explore new emerging NB Latex markets such as China, India, African countries.

Job Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Chemical engineer, Petrochemical engineer, Polymer science or Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70
• Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal English communication. (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)

• 0-3 years of working experience in sales, product management, or business/market development role with good analytical and great enterprising mind.
• Chinese Mandarin is preferable.

Critical Knowledge & Skills

  • Possess knowledge and understanding of managing international business across multiple countries, or have experience in marketing.
  • Have an understanding of the NBR latex industry.
  • Experience in managing international business and multiple countries.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationship with positive leadership/attitude.
  • Computer literate and Proficient in MS-Office.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to upcountry locations and oversea as required.

Compensation Data

  • Permanent Employee
  • Location : Silom | Bangkok
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00).
  • Work from home 2 days per week.
  • Starting salary : 25,000-30,000.
