Job Highlight

As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales growth, develop strategic and precise sales plans, gain deep market insights, implement proactive strategies, and propel new products to success.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sell and negotiate assigned products in terms of volume, price, and conditions; prepare and verify sales documents to ensure accuracy and obtain approvals in accordance with company authority levels.
  2. Prepare monthly sales plans (rolling 12 months, categorized by grade/packaging) aligned with company targets and customer requirements; evaluate competitive factors and collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to define production plans.
  3. Monitor and report market conditions, including competitor movements, customer activities, and related external factors; recommend and adjust product strategies and pricing as appropriate.
  4. Provide insights and support for the development of new products to be introduced to the market.
  5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance reports, comparing actual results to plans, and present to management for strategic adjustments.
  6. Coordinate sales and delivery processes to ensure compliance with agreements, and follow up on customer payments to meet payment terms.
  7. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70
  • Exhibit a TOEIC score of 650 or higher
  • 1–3 years of experience in domestic or international sales, or in marketing-related roles.

Critical Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Solid sales negotiation skills, including the ability to research and analyze information prior to negotiations.
  • Ability to proactively identify and analyze customer needs.
  • Computer literate and Proficient in MS-Office.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to upcountry locations and oversea as required.

Compensation Data

  • Permanent Employees
  • Work Location : Park Silom Building, Bangkok
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00).
  • Starting salary : 25,000 - 30,000 THB
  • Provident Fund.

  • Flexible Benefits: 12,000 THB per year.
