Position Name: Sales and Customer Support Officer

Job Responsibilities
- To assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
- Create sales order on ERP (Oracle) with correctly checked selling details (Price, Product Grade, Packaging)
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales team and or other parties (Logistics, Shipping agents) to ensure that orders are processed promptly
- Manage customs activities related to customs broker and others
- Ensure that all necessary documents are collected and submitted to customers/ internal functions on time
- Manage expense invoices related to export activity by key in the data to the system and follow up until the payment is on time proceeded
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Logistics or related field.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70.
- Exhibit a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
- Experienced in Logistics, Supply Chain is preferable.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Critical Knowledge & Skills
- Good command in both reading and writing English.
- Proficient in the handling of ERP (Oracle, SAP)
- Proficient computer skill in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal & communication Skills.
- Calm and easy-going personality with service minded.
- Good coordination and problem solving skills.
Compensation Data
- Permanent Employee
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00)
- Work from home 2 days per week
- Starting Salary: 25,000 THB
