Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare various sales reports to support sales analysis and for use in meetings.
  • Distribute daily shipping schedules to relevant departments, such as Finance, Shipping, Quality Assurance, and Product Warehouse, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Process and create sales orders for domestic sales and provide accurate and timely information to relevant parties, such as Finance and Accounting.
  • Open sales orders by receiving purchase orders from customers, verifying details (grade, price, packaging in relation to transportation type, delivery date, and other terms) according to sales conditions, ensuring that relevant departments can proceed with the order.
  • Follow up on customer payments.
  • Process export-related expenses in the i-Pro system.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to request product samples for customers as instructed by the sales staff.
  • Coordinate with customers and relevant departments regarding any changes to delivery terms, such as delivery date, delivery location, or packaging.
  • Report and closely monitor sales volumes to ensure alignment with the sales plan, both under normal circumstances and during periods of limited product availability.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Logistics or related field.
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70.
  • Exhibit a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
  • Experienced in Logistics, Supply Chain is preferable.

Critical Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, such as Oracle and SAP, is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possesses a calm and service-oriented demeanor, conducive to customer support.
  • Demonstrates adept coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation Data

  • Location : Silom | Bangkok
  • Permanent Employee
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00)
  • Work from home 2 days per week.
  • Starting Salary: 25,000 THB
