Job Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Basic Design Packages, ITB and engineering details for company projects, focusing on electrical systems, fire alarm systems, and communication systems.
• Provide consultation, advice, and problem-solving support to subordinates, including planning and managing manpower resources to align with workload demands at any given time.
• Oversee, monitor, and manage the installation of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, and communication systems to ensure compliance with international standards and the BST Project Specifications.
• Control and manage the project schedule for the installation of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, and communication systems, ensuring all tasks are completed within the stipulated timeframe. This includes developing contingency plans for delays.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to provide guidance on troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
• Work with the manager to analyze the root causes of issues affecting the installation of electrical, fire alarm, and communication systems, and develop solutions to restore normal operations. Additionally, identify new technologies to improve project work. In the event of incidents or accidents, immediately report to the supervisor.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the manager regarding electrical engineering progress, including work advancements and plans for resolving any issues or obstacles encountered during the project.

Job Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Exhibit a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical system design and installation in petrochemical plants or related industries.

Critical Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
• Proficient in using MS Office and electrical design software.
• Experience in managing projects and overseeing electrical systems.
• Knowledge of international standards for electrical, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Compensation Data

• Permanent Employee
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00).
• Starting salary : 30,000 THB
• Provident Fund.
