Job Highlight
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders and assigned business units, providing proactive, business-driven HR advice. Translate business strategies into people and organization strategies, including workforce planning and organization design. Drive talent, performance, and succession management in partnership with line managers to build leadership and critical capabilities. Lead and support change management and employee engagement initiatives to ensure effective organizational transformation. Ensure HR governance, compliance, and trusted advisory, balancing business objectives, employee interests, and company policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders and business units, delivering proactive, business-driven HR advice that supports organizational goals.

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and present HR strategies and action plans, including talent development for the HRA unit, ensuring they align with business needs, competition, and legal requirements.

HR Operations Management: Oversee HR functions including policy implementation, workforce planning, organizational design, career and talent management, performance management, employee engagement, remuneration, employee relations, and HR technology. Provide expert advice and consultation to managers and employees.
- Organizational Strategy Alignment: Translate business strategies into people and organization strategies, ensuring effective workforce planning and organizational design to meet business objectives.

Talent & Leadership Development: Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning in partnership with line managers to build leadership capabilities and critical skills across the organization.

HR Communication & Engagement: Manage and communicate HR-related plans through key platforms such as HR Committee, Career Development Committee, Leadership Forum, MDs Talk, and Staff Meetings, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Change Management & Employee Engagement: Lead and support initiatives that drive organizational change and improve employee engagement, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a positive work environment.

HR Governance & Compliance: Ensure HR governance, compliance with regulations, and provide trusted advisory services, balancing business goals, employee interests, and company policies.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to the company’s rules, regulations, policies, and management plans. Focus on health, safety, environment, and energy impacts, while continuously improving working conditions to minimize risks and losses. Additionally, oversee safety-related tasks in the role of Safety Officer at the managerial level.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum GPA of 2.70
- TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR management.
- Proven experience working closely with line managers and business leaders in a manufacturing, commercial, or corporate environment
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR processes, including: Workforce & manpower planning, Performance management,Talent development & succession planning, Compensation & benefits planning, Employee relations and labor law compliance.
- Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience using HR data and analytics to support business decisions.
- Exposure to working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation Data
- Permanent Employee
- Location : Map Ta Phut, Rayong
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00)
- Health and Life Insurance
- Flexible Benefits: 12,000 THB per year
- Coverage for excess OPD medical expenses for employees and family : 12,000 Baht per year
- Housing and Allowance (for employees based in Rayong) at 30% of the base salary
