Position Name:  Plant System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the Plant Digital Project.
• Maintain the Plant Digital System for efficient use.

• Initiate, analyze, plan, coordinate, and develop knowledge in operation technology and digital transformation of the factory or new projects to improve work processes in alignment with plans, and gain advantages in business competition while operating safely and quality within specified timeframes, and budgets.
• Provide support and resolve user problems.
• Manage change, assess, and reduce risks regarding any changes to related computer systems, Including ensuring law compliance and preventing incidents of non-compliance.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.70
• Exhibit a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT or IT of the factory.

Critical Knowledge & Skills

• Possess basic knowledge in IT related to factory systems such as AIMS, Maximo, and Warehouse Management.
• Ability to manage the project.
• Be creative, quick learner, and adaptable to new technology.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a passion for service mind.

Compensation Data

• Permanent Employee
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00)
• Work from home 2 days per week
