Process Development Engineer

Job Highlight

Design experiments, prepare scale-up recipes, and monitor technical aspects for New Product Development (NPD), new processes, alternative chemicals/monomers, and plant improvements in the pilot plant.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and design experiment including prepare scale up recipe and technical monitoring items for NPD, New process, alternative chemicals/monomers and plant improvement, etc in Pilot plant.
• Verify chemical plant test, raw material specification and Thai-SDS/handling suggestion before carry out pilot scale test.
• Response for conceptual design, PHA/MOC for new equipment to serve new product/technology development and ensure pilot plant facility readiness for experiment and safe work.
• Support for existing modification and improvement project to ensure pilot plant facility readiness for experiment and safe work.
• Support and give technical advice during experiment to achieve the experimental objectives.
• Analyze the testing results and prepare executive summary.
• Scale up from Lab to pilot plant and support information for commercial scale up.
• Review literatures and patent search related NBL technology/improvement and study the feasibility through stage gage procedure.
• Propose improvement and execute long-term project for process technology by coordination with related disciplines for project accomplishment.
• Support incident investigation including SHE and deviated test result and provide technical advice.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

Job Qualifications

• Possess a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Exhibit a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience in research and development (R&D), and/or in new technology development and scale-up.

• Solid foundation in research, experimentation. and process development.
• Strong analytical thinking, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency and understanding of work processes.
• Proficiency in reading, written and verbal English.

Compensation Data

• Permanent Employee
• Work Location: Map Ta Phut, Rayong
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00 น.)
• Starting Salary: 34,000 THB
