Job Highlight

• 0-2 years of experience in production processes or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to shift supervisor in case of any issues in the production process to ensure that production runs according to the plan and with efficiency.
• Prepare operation reports for the BST production department to summarize monthly production results, share with relevant parties, and track and resolve issues to ensure production meets the set goals.
• Monitor and coordinate with shift supervisors to closely control the production process to ensure raw materials and chemicals are used according to standards, and compile daily reports from shift leaders.
• Monitor plant incidents, safety incidents, non-conformance, and complaints to ensure they are resolved and closed within the specified timeframe and summarize the total number of incidents for the BST production manager's awareness.
• Review work procedures and related production documents, and suggest necessary corrections to align with actual operations regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Planning, Maintenance, Safety, Administration, Human Resources) to ensure that all operations are carried out according to the plan and with efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to procure contractors for the maintenance of equipment according to the planned schedule, ensuring efficient execution.
• Perform duties as outlined in the company's emergency plan (EMERGENCY SUPPORTING PROCESS/ESP).
• Compile and plan the Turnaround for the BST production department in coordination with related departments to ensure adherence to the plan and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.70
• Exhibit a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
• 0-2 years of experience in production processes or a related field.

Critical Knowledge & Skills

• Possess knowledge of production processes in petrochemical plants or related chemical industries.
• Good command in both written and verbal English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation Data

• Permanent Employee
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00)
• Starting Salary: 30,000 THB
